Coaching for TENN

The Energy Nexus Network (TENN) is a regional knowledge and facilitation hub for scaling decentralised renewable energy solutions. The network helps to bring sustainable energy solutions to communities and coaches the people within these communities to maintain these systems and develop their entrepreneurial skills.

The project enhances skills development by providing facilitators with a coaching handbook to deliver consistent, impactful training. This ensures TENN beneficiaries gain practical knowledge in renewable energy, sustainable livelihoods, and entrepreneurship. By standardising training methods, the project promotes essential skills like problem-solving and teamwork, empowering communities to drive economic growth and resilience.
