The team at Skills Builder took the time to understand the different roles within our stores and supported us with differentiating between the essential skills steps, ensuring they reflected our expectations across the different levels.
Our existing retail job descriptions outlined what our teams needed to 'do' in their role – what the Skills Builder framework has given us is a common language around essential skills that support our teams with the 'how'.
