The programme aims to nurture the next generation of cultural talents in Beijing and Hong Kong. Over an 8-week summer period, participants engage in various learning activities and internships at different cultural institutions, including a curated learning programme in Hong Kong, Chengdu, and Beijing. In the months following the summer programme, they will take an active role in developing and implementing prototypes of innovative solutions in response to a featured theme.

Participants complete a self-assessment in Leadership and Teamwork. Participants rate their current step and the step they wish to achieve. The self-assessment also provides an introduction to the Skills Builder framework and an overview of Teamwork and Leadership skills. Participants complete the self-assessment at three key points to gauge their progress: before the programme, after completing the curated programme in Hong Kong, and at the end of the 8 weeks.
