Eidos designed an employee training programme to support staff to build their Essential Skills.

Staff members complete a survey to assess their Essential skills at a step level before and after each intervention. This survey was designed and based on Skills Builder Benchmark and offline measurement resources. The learning journey consists of three 90-minute online synchronic sessions and asynchronous activities. Learning on-the-job challenges are designed for teams to complete between the sessions to achieve progress in specific skills steps.
