The GanzAfrica Fellowship Program provides technical and professional skills training to young people, empowering them for system change to deliver sustainable development.

As part of the Fellowship course, GanzAfrica fellows are:

  1. Introduced to Essential Skills, and their importance and impact across all spheres of work and life.
  2. Supported to identify their own competencies (strengths and areas of development) in each skill, using Benchmark tools.
  3. Encouraged to use Launchpad and other Skills Builder resources to develop these competencies and understand how the skills can be implemented in work and life tasks.
  4. Encouraged to feed back via group study sessions and keeping a personal log, documenting skills development and integration in tasks and activities.
