The Gen Zee Leadership Programme addresses a leadership gap for students in Grade 9. It focuses on developing essential leadership skills aligned with the Skills Builder Framework. The programme targets Skill Steps 7, 8, 9, and 11, empowering learners to become Leadership Ambassadors who can support and coach others. The six-month programme includes 9 leadership workshops, using reflective questions to track growth. Each participant receives a 'Leadership Reflective Journal' to document their development. Facilitators undergo training to ensure effective implementation, and the student Leadership Ambassadors receive a Skills Builder badge to recognise their commitment.

The Gen Zee Leadership Programme supports essential skills development by integrating the Universal Framework throughout its resources and activities. The use of Skills Builder icons on leadership badges, posters, and the reflective journal serve as visual reminders.

Reflective questions in pre and post evaluation questionnaires track learners' progress, fostering self-awareness and personal development. These questionnaires help assess the impact of the programme, measure growth in leadership skills, and encourage continuous reflection. The combination of structured resources, reflective tools, and targeted activities ensures learners effectively develop their leadership skills.
