The School Enterprise Challenge is an international educational programme for primary and secondary schools that want to cultivate essential business and 21st-century skills in students, while strengthening teachers' instructional approaches in entrepreneurship education.
Learners complete a self-assessment at the beginning and at the end of their programme participation on the following skills using the Skills Builder framework: Speaking, Leadership, Teamwork and Problem Solving. Teachers also make observations on learners' development of skills and this data is compared against the learners' self-assessments.
There is a reference to the skills developed/practised on the different activities on our programme educational resources.
