Sport Impact are a non-profit organisation, committed to enhancing the physical education, physical activity  and sport experience of all young people.

Sport Impact have a team of highly experienced teachers and school sport professionals and partner with leading organisations to inspire and empower schools to use PE, physical activity and school sport to develop the whole child, school and community.

The organisation is embedded in the education system and is managed by Isleworth and Syon School.

The Secondary Sports Leaders programme is a 6- to 8-week course for Secondary aged pupils that culminates in the Secondary Leaders delivering a multisport event at a local primary school.  

Pupils develop their leadership skills through practical activities linked to each of the essential skill steps and use workbooks to reflect on their progress and plan their own games.
