The programme delivers career sessions for first-year junior high school students to help prepare them for work experience. University students visit the junior high school and tell their own stories, linking their own career choices to the eight essential skills. Students think about their strengths and weaknesses, and what they want to improve in the future, based on the eight essential skills.
Each university student speaks with the junior high school students about the lessons they have learnt from their own careers, and explain how these correspond to the essential skills, making it easy for the children to visualise why these essential skills are so important.
