The Leadership Skills Foundation is a prominent awarding organisation dedicated to the development of leadership skills in young people. Through a broad range of programmes, everyone is empowered to shape their future and lead their communities.

The Leadership Skills Foundation programme offer includes Ofqual-regulated qualifications that develop leadership skills through engaging subject areas such as physical activity, esports and environmental action. Each programme develops learners’ confidence to lead and prepares them for the next step in their education or career.

The programmes develop essential leadership skills through practically applied qualifications and accredited awards across the curriculum and beyond, empowering learners with the confidence to believe, the qualities to lead and the skills to succeed.

Tutors deliver the programme in a context that meets the needs and interests of their group of learners. Through this, learners make progress against a framework of specified leadership tasks culminating in the awarding of a qualification or accredited award certificate.
