Globally Empowered is committed to equipping and empowering global educators, leaders and youth to become decision-makers that are self-aware and knowledgeable about what’s required to lead with competence, integrity and selflessness.

They connect global educators, leaders and youth to establish meaningful change to create a lasting impact on wider communities to tackle local, national and global issues.

They train and upskill members to be their best self to take ownership of leading change to contribute to a more sustainable future for all.

Global Coordinators reflect on the three essential skills through benchmarking and identify which steps they will focus on. They reflect on these and the other 5 essential skills throughout the training and repeat the assessment at the end of the programme to quantify the progress made. They also give feedback on the Skills Builder experience and how they would like to proceed.
