The Apprentice Project (TAP)'s flagship initiative, the Student Holistic Development Project, is designed to equip students in grades four through ten with the essential skills necessary for future success. Through a diverse array of courses ranging from STEM to Visual Arts, Performing Arts, and Financial Literacy, learners not only acquire technical knowledge but also undergo training to develop essential skills such as creativity, and problem solving. This holistic approach not only fosters academic excellence but also nurtures skills vital for employability readiness while expanding the horizons of imagination among the students.

Self-learning videos are available, which explain key concepts, present problem statements, and guide students in applying problem-solving and creativity to tackle challenges. Each video encourages active learning by showing how to approach problems step by step. To deepen their understanding, there are reflection questions that prompt students to think about how they used their skills while working on the activity.
