McDonald's Taste for Work Aiming High challenge includes student-facing classroom resources to guide them through the Aiming High challenge and support teacher facilitation.

Throughout the programme, students develop and reflect on Skills Builder Aiming High Step 1: I know what doing well looks like for me.

The challenge focuses on helping students to develop this step of Aiming High through a series of videos, discussion tasks and practical activities. Students are taught how to recognise their own good work, and given opportunities to practice and apply the skill step.

Students reflect on the focus skill step at the beginning and end of the session.

Students take part in specific tasks that have been designed to support them to make progress in the focus skill step.

Videos from employees support students to see the relevance of this skill step in the workplace.

Students are prompted to take part in reflective discussions throughout the session.
