Throughout the programme, students develop and reflect on Skills Builder Listening Step 5: I listen to others and record information as I do, and Step 6: I show I am listening by how I use eye contact and body language.
The challenge focuses on helping students to develop appropriate listening skills by exploring how eye contact and body language can be used to show effective listening, reflecting on what positive body language looks like and practising listening and recording specific information.
