This session helps participants reflect on their achievements, understand their goals, and develop effective planning strategies. Through structured introspection and self-assessment, individuals will recognise their accomplishments and identify areas for improvement. Participants will gain clarity on their objectives and learn practical techniques to set and achieve future goals. Guided exercises and discussions will empower individuals with the tools and confidence needed to plan and navigate their personal and professional journeys effectively.

The session focuses on Aiming High and Problem Solving, these essential skills icons are included on all resources such as the presentation slides and session plan and are consistently referred to throughout the sessions.

At the beginning of the session, all participants reflect on the two essential skills using the Universal Framework and identify which steps they will focus on. They will reflect on these throughout the session, learn how to set SMART goals and time is given at the end of the session for further reflection and goal setting.
