The 4-day programme is written with The Skills Builder team to build the essential skills of Creativity, Problem Solving and Speaking. On day 1, the students are given an introduction to Wembley Park which includes a tour. They are introduced to essential skills and asked to complete a Benchmark assessment in all 8 essential skills. For days 2 and 3 they are introduced to a range of different departments to support their project management task. This requires students to design a new social space and present their ideas to a panel for feedback. Day 4 includes their presentation, post-experience Benchmark assessment and general reflections from the week.
