Workfinder is an award-winning Talent mobility company led by a world-class team of serial entrepreneurs using AI to eradicate the skills crisis. Workfinder helps all young people access great work opportunities – fairly. They place fairness at the heart of their AI technology.

Detailed data processes and techniques in Workfinder's technology ensure all young people have an opportunity to secure meaningful work placements. The Workfinder career management platform provides mentoring, online short courses, masterclasses, and project work to young people so they develop key employability, digital, business, and technical skills and are better prepared to make an impact in the workplace once they have completed their formal education.

For participants engaging in Workfinder Work Experience, essential skills are highlighted throughout the process of application, engagement, and post-experience feedback. Employers make the recruitment process for placements fair by linking specific skills to job roles and increase impact by providing feedback post-placement on these. Participants complete self-reflections of their essential skills to better match them with placements and are directed to Skills Builder Launchpad to build their essential skills. They are then able to reflect on the progress made at the end of their placement taking into account their own experience and the feedback from the employer.
