Local youth workers and international volunteers lead 45-minute high school classes that aim to develop students' skills, such as self-reflection, teamwork, self-expression and communication. The classes are in English and focus on bringing opportunities to the students that are not covered by the formal educational system. The classes take place in high schools located in one of the most disadvantaged regions of Hungary - with this additional development, the hope is to support young people to widen their possibilities.

The Universal Framework names and definitions of the skills are repeated in every session. The essential skill icons are visible during the sessions and used several times as part of activities, such as the memory card game and on certificates given at the end of the semester. Activities in the sessions give the students an opportunity to practice the skill steps. At the end of each session, students reflect on their development of the skill steps and show it to the facilitators, who will document it. The facilitators also make an assessment of the groups before and after the sessions.
